I personally place great value on quality. I personally don't care whether a Bockwurst, Wiener, etc. is the right length, thickness or color.For me, the only thing that counts is the taste and the natural ingredients. I don't use MSG, preservatives or binding agents. Large butcher shops, use these substances to simplify and speed up the production process. Quantity is produced but no attention is paid to quality. The buyer is blinded by a sausage that has a beautiful shine, color and appearance. The ingredients thus lose their importance and all is simply devoured without asking questions.
