Ham is pork from the leg that has been preserved by wet or dry curing, with or without smoking. We smoke the ham with a fine smoky note from mango wood. This gives it a unique smoky aroma and also makes it last longer. The ham is fully cooked and can be eaten immediately. It is not necessary and not recommended to fry the ham again in a pan.
